Nurse Sam made me feel at ease when I started to feel anxious, her reassuring me and laying her hands on me without having to say too much really made a difference and I am really grateful.
I appreciate the quick response when Dr P. Sarhanis had to be called in to complete the treatment, and his and nurse Cohen's humour relaxed me even though I was still feeling anxious.
Mr Sarhanis dashed out before I could properly thank him, I really appreciate him getting on with it whilst making me feel at ease.
